Doug Rayfield, REALTOR®

Doug Rayfield is a loyal Realtor® with Realty Texas. Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Doug had a career in sales working for a very successful regional builder in the Austin area. In this capacity, Doug worked with buyers, not only in the sales process, but also on the design of their new homes. He also provided buyer updates on the construction progress of their build outs as coordinated with Construction Managers. Doug Rayfield previously worked with a national forensic engineering firm that specializes in construction defect cases for law firms and insurance companies. Both positions provided Doug with extensive education on the construction process by working closely with Construction Managers, General Contractors, Architects, and Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Structural Engineers. Doug Rayfield takes a very analytical approach to the home buying and selling process, using a fact-based analysis of statistical information before negotiating any transaction on behalf of property buyers and sellers. Doug works as a team with his wife Dee Dee, and together they like to bring some fun into the entire Real Estate process.
